控制柜內(nèi)部元器件密集、發(fā)熱量大，由于散熱不良、升溫過高而導(dǎo)致的系統(tǒng)故障相當普遍。傳統(tǒng)的冷卻方式是風扇直接降溫，散熱效果差。機柜空調(diào)，可有效降低控制柜內(nèi)部溫度，并能阻止灰塵、濕氣及腐蝕性氣體進入控制柜內(nèi)部，適用于可靠性要求較高的電氣控制柜、計算機（服務(wù)器）機柜的溫、濕度控制，是電控系統(tǒng)可靠工作的有力保障。
